Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the P2P trading and related services offered by MPICT Exchange. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Effective date: September 29, 2026

1.Scope

These terms apply to our website, mobile experience, and related features. Additional policies or notices may apply to individual services. If they conflict with these terms, the service-specific notice controls for that service.

2.Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally eligible to use the service where you live.
  • Account information must be accurate, current, and belong to you.
  • You are responsible for your account, password, and authentication methods.
  • Notify support immediately if you discover unauthorized account use.

3.Our Services

We provide features related to purchasing MPICT and digital assets, P2P trading, deposits, withdrawals, and exchanges. Supported assets, networks, limits, and processing times are described in the latest in-service notices.

4.P2P Transactions

  • Review the counterparty, price, amount, payment method, and conditions before trading.
  • Do not release assets or approve completion until payment has been confirmed.
  • Assets sent to an incorrect address or unsupported network may be unrecoverable.
  • We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee counterparties or investment returns.

5.Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or sanctions evasion
  • Unauthorized use of another person's account, payment method, or personal data
  • Interference with security or operations, including abusive automated access
  • False information or conduct that harms the service or another user

6.Fees and Taxes

Trading fees and network charges are displayed before confirmation and may change with market or network conditions. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes arising from your use of the service.

7.Digital Asset Risks

Digital assets are volatile and may result in loss of principal. Network failures, regulatory changes, limited liquidity, or third-party outages may delay or restrict transactions. You trade based on your own judgment and responsibility.

8.Restriction and Termination

We may temporarily restrict all or part of the service for security incidents, maintenance, legal compliance, unusual-transaction reviews, or suspected violations. Accounts may be terminated for material violations, with notice of the reason and process where reasonably possible.

9.Limitation of Liability

We use reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service. To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, blockchain issues, or user-caused loss.

10.Changes and Disputes

We may revise these terms to reflect legal or service changes and will announce material revisions before they take effect. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will follow applicable law and the procedures of the court with jurisdiction. Contact us through the in-service support channel with questions.
